A: The samples will delivery within 5 working days after we receive the sample charges and confirmed files.
Q: What is the MOQ for your product?
A: Normally our MOQ for each electric product is 50pcs. For some special production we also can supply MOQ less than 50pcs, please consult our sales for specific MOQ details.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the quantity and the season you place the order. Normally the lead time is 10 days within 1000pcs.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Normally we accept T/T (30% deposit, balanced 70% should be paid before delivery). We can also accept L/C, other requested payment terms, or Alibaba credit insurance payments.
Q: Can you do OEM service?
A: We are an OEM and ODM manufacturer. We can provide custom branding on the machine and packaging.
